UNLOCK YOUR KILLER CONCEPT

(And sell your work!)

Your Image

Want your story to thrill, chill, romance--

and sell?

Writers are told their story isn't high-concept enough. Or it's just another drama. Or it doesn't meet genre expectations. Or it isn't elevated enough.

They're told it won't work in the marketplace.

WE'VE GOT YOU.

What agents and managers often mean is your genre story pitch isn't clear and isn't delivering the feels.

WE CAN HELP. We are CLARITY NINJAS and EMOTIONAL SAVANTS.

We'll ensure your concept is knife-sharp, it's exciting, and your story includes all the genre (mystery, suspense, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, or romance) elements buyers are looking for--and we'll do it all in a weekend.

YOU GET INDIVIDUALIZED, ACTIONABLE FEEDBACK.

This is not yet another webinar. This is about elevating YOUR work.

You'll do in-class exercises alongside the examples provided so you can break your concept in the room.

Is there homework?

Yes! This is a course designed to get you to a solid idea for your genre story in a weekend. It's a shortcut many writers wish they'd had. But you also have to put in the work. There's a brief pre-assignment. The more you put into it, the better your foundational concept will be.

I need feedback, not just a webinar.

We've got you. It's frustrating to work through webinars with no real feedback at any point in the process. Everyone who signs up will be able to pitch their concept and get personalized feedback, whether in the session or in office hours later that week. Finally, you'll be invited to join our alumni community where you'll meet others devoted to the craft.

I've been on submission to agents before and nothing happened.

This is exactly why we designed this course. Thousands of scripts and books get submitted every year. Few make the cut. This course will help you design a gripping core concept that will help you stand out.

You emphasize selling, but I want to write something good.

Good writing sells. And good genre scripts and books sell exceptionally well. We want to help you excel in telling your personal stories, the stories only you can tell, and in the art of writing electrifying mystery, horror, and suspense.

After I finish the course and have my pitch, what's next?

Once you have your concept down, you're ready to move on to "4 Weeks to Develop Your Genre Story!", our story development course that takes you to full outline.

Do you issue refunds?

Our refund policy is as follows: 100% if we are notified 30 days before the first day of the class. 50% if we are notified 15 days before the first day of class. 0% after that.

I have more questions. Where can I contact you?

Just email us at genremasters@gmail.com. We look forward to hearing from you.
